ThermaMec do not offer a warranty on the Thermal Camera, this is provided by the manufactures of the device, FlirOne. However, if you have any issues with your thermal camera, please email us at sales@therma-mec.com or call 01573 440226.

If you need to return the device to us then please use recorded delivery for proof of postage and send the parcel to:

FlirOne Limited Warranty

We warrant to the original purchaser, that the FLIRONE will conform to published specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for period of one year from the Purchase Date.

CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY, AT OUR OPTION, IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IN A MANNER, AND BY A SERVICE CENTER, AUTHORIZED BY US. IF WE DETERMINE THAT THIS NOT SUFFICIENT, WE SHALL REFUND YOU YOUR PAID PURCHASE PRICE AND HAVE NO OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER.

WARRANTY RETURN, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

To be eligible for warranty repair or replacement, customer must notify ThermaMec within thirty (30) days of discovering any apparent defect in materials or workmanship.

We reserve the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a returned product is covered under warranty.
